Talking on the telephone can be fun, especially when talking to friends and family. Sometimes when receiving unknown calls, it can be challenging to sort out the reason for the call. While we have not seen any current or past threats, we would like to get ahead of the game by letting our clients know our team will never contact you by phone to receive payment information, personal information, promotions, solicitations, etc. We may call to confirm information we already have the answers to because we have previously communicated. So if you get a call from someone representing our team asking for payment information, or a marketing pitch hang up.
